Camille Cohn
Owner
Camille’s passion for art began in childhood, when she first dreamed of becoming an artist—and that dream has guided her ever since. She started her creative career as an art director in advertising, sharpening her eye for design and visual storytelling. Today, she’s an educator, children’s book author, designer, and working artist who continues to grow through her own creative practice.
She’s spent over a decade teaching art to both kids and adults, driven by the belief that creativity is essential at any age.
At Yellow Door Studio, she’s created a space where art and community come together—a place to connect, grow, and rediscover the joy of making.
Jen Brown
Lead Paint & Sip Instructor
Jen is a professional artist and experienced instructor with over 10 years of leading Paint & Sip classes at The Yellow Door Studio. A watercolorist at heart, she’s passionate about capturing the beauty of God’s creation through her work.
Known for her warm, encouraging teaching style, Jen has a gift for helping people tap into their creativity. Her favorite moments are when someone with no art background walks out of class proud of what they’ve made.
Katy Buchanan
Sewing Instructor
Katy is a dedicated sewing instructor with a passion for creativity and teaching. With years of experience behind the sewing machine and in the classroom, she’s taught students of all ages—from kids threading a needle for the first time to adults dusting off machines they haven’t touched in years.
Her approachable style and patient guidance make her a favorite among learners who appreciate not just the skills she teaches but the confidence she builds along the way.

Summer Joy Holladay
Silversmithing Instructor
Summer has loved jewelry and making for as long as she can remember. As a kid, she tagged along to gem shows with her parents—her mom had an eye for stones, and her dad dabbled in gem faceting. She started with beading and wire-wrapping, but it was a silver ring class that sparked her true passion.
That spark eventually led her to teaching, driven by a desire to share the craft and empower others through creativity. Summer lives with her husband and three kids in Waring, TX, where she creates from her home studio.
